CHILD K-12 REGISTRATION PACKAGE 2021-2022
MOL’s 2021-2022 year: September 7, 2021 – June 29, 2022
Welcome to Mind Over Learning! We are excited about the opportunity to work with your child(ren).
New Students
If you are new to Mind Over Learning, please reach out to us through our Contact Form, or call our office at 250-860-0084. We can help you get started!
Returning Students (2020-2021 year and/or 2021 summer)
If your child is a returning student (he/she attended the 2020-2021 school year or started in the 2021 summer), we no longer require a full registration form.
Please complete the online ROLLOVER Registration Package which contains the following sections:
- Update contact information
- Submit payment information
- Choose virtual or in-person learning (see Virtual Learning info to the right)
- Agree to new 2021-2022 Client Agreement
SCHEDULING
Due to a high level of registrants and limited available session times, online scheduling requests are no longer required.
Once your registration package is received, Mind Over Learning’s admin team will contact you to establish your child’s schedule and start date based on availability.
Note that if your child is changing programs this year, an assessment may be necessary. Please contact the office to book a free consultation and schedule the assessment prior to your child’s start date (250-860-0084 or schedule@mindoverlearning.com).
Registration forms are processed on a first-come, first serve basis.

Summer scheduling can be flexible to work around your plans. Preferences for tutoring times will be given on a first come first serve basis.

IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL LEARNING 2021-2022
Mind Over Learning is preparing to open the center for in-person tutoring again, starting September 7, 2021. The Registration Packages allow you to choose your preferred tutoring option: in-person, virtual, or combined.
Please note the following important considerations:
Consistency
Once you choose your option, making changes to your request may take some time as our in-person spaces are limited and scheduling around parent requests is logistically complex. Please allow up to 1 month for us to make your requested change.
The combined option is when a student schedules a combination of in-person and virtual learning. This schedule must also remain consistent; it will be the same weekly arrangement. We are unable to accommodate requests to switch an in-person session to virtual and vice-versa. Please keep this in mind when submitting your registration form.
Optimal Virtual Learning
We care deeply about your child’s success at Mind Over Learning. Now that we are offering in-person instruction, we will be asking parents of virtual learners to ensure certain criteria is met. Please read the requirements carefully and consider if they are feasible for your family before requesting the Virtual Learning option.
These requirements are listed in the Registration Package and need your agreement. You will also be asked to review the Virtual Learning Package before agreeing. The Virtual Learning Package PDFs are below and include more details about how Virtual Learning can be a successful option for your child, promoting the best chance at optimal progression through our programs!
