Step 1: Book Your Free 30-minute Consultation
At no cost or obligation to you, we will answer your questions and discover your child. During this first step, you are given the opportunity to express your concerns and goals for the prospective student, while we gain insight into how to execute the assessment. We will answer any questions you may have while providing you with all the information you require.
Step 2: Student Assessment With Parent Follow-Up Meeting
Reserve Your Child’s 1-Hour Assessment
After your consultation, we schedule a 1-hour assessment with your child, where we discover them in an emotionally safe environment. This is NOT a test. This is where the student demonstrates their skills so we can evaluate their knowledge, neurological processes, strengths, challenges, habits, and current strategies.
An assessment is for a single program; multiple programs are not covered in one assessment. This session is designed to provide us with the necessary information to individualize the program plan and teaching approach, ensuring the best-suited tutoring experience from the first day.
Benefit From a 30-Minute Follow-Up Meeting
Following the assessment join us for an informative 30-minute meeting. During this time, we will communicate the student’s abilities and reason for struggle. This meeting will also cover an explanation of the remedial plan, recommendations for attendance frequency, and address any further questions.
Step 3: Welcome & Official Registration
Before our admin team adds the student to the schedule, you will be provided with a welcome package including a registration form, a schedule and start date request form, and a review of our policies and processes.
Step 4: Let’s Get Started
K-12 School Year Tutoring
The student’s schedule is set based on availability and will repeat weekly. Sessions are 45-minutes long and occur between 7:05 am and 7:15 pm, Monday through Friday.
K-12 Summer Tutoring
Design a schedule through the summer based on your family’s needs. While the student’s schedule is flexible for vacations and fluctuating summer calendars, it is also based on availability. Consistent schedule requests are welcome, pending availability. Frequency of student attendance is completely dependent on the parent, although our team may provide a recommendation for optimal results. Sessions are 45-minutes long and occur between 7:05 am and 7:15 pm, Monday through Friday during July and August.
In-Person & Virtual Tutoring Offered
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions for students. Sessions are only one-on-one, ensuring the instructor can direct the lesson to the student’s needs for the entire duration. Our in-person option is distraction-free and features a learning-conducive environment. Virtual sessions are designed to maintain high student engagement through interactive and focused learning.
